1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HD HYUNDAI XITESOLUTION Partner Portal (the "Service"), operated by Palette AI on behalf of HD HYUNDAI XITESOLUTION. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Partner Portal is a secure, multi-tenant document-sharing platform for HD HYUNDAI XITESOLUTION partners. It lets authorized users upload documents, share them through trackable secure links and data rooms, and review engagement analytics. The Service includes:

• Uploading and organizing documents and files
• Sharing documents via secure, access-controlled links and virtual data rooms
• Real-time view tracking and engagement analytics
• AI-powered insights generated from document activity
• An optional email / newsletter center for partner communications
• Optional Google Drive integration to import files you select into the Service

3. Accounts and Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

• Be an authorized partner, employee, or invited user with a valid account
• Provide accurate registration and authentication information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized purpose
• Upload or share content you do not have the right to distribute
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law

5. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the documents, files, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, store, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the recipients you choose. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.

6. Third-Party Integrations (including Google)

The Service can connect to third-party services such as Google Drive at your direction. When you connect a third-party account:

• Your use of that third-party service remains subject to its own terms and policies (for Google, the Google Terms of Service).
• You authorize us to access only the data needed to provide the features you use, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can disconnect the integration and revoke access at any time from your account settings or the third party's security settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by HD HYUNDAI XITESOLUTION and Palette AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to:

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
